No. All prices exclude VAT, which is added at the standard UK rate on each monthly invoice. VAT-registered businesses can reclaim it in the usual way.
Plans are billed monthly and you can cancel with 30 days' notice. If you would prefer a fixed price for 12 or 24 months we can arrange that, with a discount for paying annually.
Every plan includes a monthly document allowance. Documents above that are charged at the per-document overage rate shown on the plan, and appear as a single line on the following month's invoice. We email you when you reach 80% and 100% of your allowance so there are no surprises.
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are pro-rated. Downgrades take effect from the start of your next billing period. If you regularly exceed your allowance we will suggest a move to the next plan when it works out cheaper.
No. Connecting a new retailer, mapping their specification and running the test cycle with them is included in every plan. You pay the flat monthly fee and nothing else unless you exceed your document allowance.
We track retailer specification changes as part of the service. When Tesco, Sainsbury's, Lidl or anyone else updates a message layout or a label rule, we update the mapping and validation on our side, test it and tell you what changed. There is no charge for this.
