Where Lidl GB deliveries go wrong
- The PO pattern is checked; a wrong depot or date is rejected.
- Missing best-before on any line blocks the DESADV.
- The label specimen has to be approved before the first live delivery.

Questions
Lidl GB EDI questions
What does Lidl require on a DESADV?
Every line needs the GTIN, quantity, best-before date and batch, each pallet needs an SSCC, and the delivery note number must be up to 16 alphanumeric characters. FTP EDI enforces all of this before the ASN leaves.
How do I get a Lidl pallet label approved?
Lidl's pallet label standard v3.0 requires a specimen to be approved before go-live. FTP EDI ships a matching template; print a specimen from the label designer and submit it through your Lidl EDI onboarding contact.
