Where do I sign in?
Every customer has their own address. Staff use the platform console.
Customers
Sign in at the address your EDI provider gave you when your account was set up. It usually looks like yourcompany.ftpedi.com, or a domain of your provider's own. Bookmark it; it is the only address your account will answer on.
Lost the address? Ask the person who manages EDI at your company, or contact your provider's support team.
FTP EDI staff and providers
The platform console is for FTP EDI staff and for EDI providers managing customer accounts, templates and connections.
